Strawberry Basil Lemonade

A bright, herbaceous crowd-pleaser combining ripe muddled strawberries, fresh garden basil, tart lemon, and effervescent club soda with Pink Ink bitters.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 dashes LabelMaker Pink Ink Bitters

  • 2 fresh strawberries, quartered

  • 3 fresh basil leaves

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup

  • 4 oz Chilled Club Soda

  • Garnish: Lemon wheel & fresh basil sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a highball glass, gently muddle the strawberries, basil leaves, simple syrup, and Pink Ink bitters.

  2. Add fresh lemon juice, fill the glass with ice cubes, and top with chilled club soda.

  3. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and basil sprig.

    (Party Tip: Muddle 4–6 servings together in a French Press and plunge down to strain out seeds and pulp effortlessly!)
