A bold, tart, and fiery zero-proof highball combining freshly squeezed pink grapefruit, bright lime, agave, and Liquid Courage bitters with a spicy salt rim.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3–4 dashes Liquid Courage Bitters

  • Rim: Liquid Courage Spicy Pepper Salt

  • 3 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)

  • 3 oz Chilled Sparkling Mineral Water (Topo Chico or Club Soda)

  • Garnish: Fresh grapefruit wedge & salted rim

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Run a lime wedge around half the rim of a tall highball glass and dip in Liquid Courage Spicy Salt.

  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, add grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar.

  3. Top with chilled sparkling mineral water, crown with 3 dashes of Liquid Courage bitters, and stir gently.
