A Good Old-Fashioned All-NighteR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon

  • Sugar cube

  • Midnight Oil bitters

  • Club soda

  • Orange peel

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In an old fashioned glass, place sugar cube and saturate with bitters.

  2. Add a splash of Club soda and muddle in glass. Rotate glass to coat inside with sugar and bitters mixture.

  3. Add large ice cube or sphere and pour in Bourbon. Stir with bar spoon.

  4. Pinch orange peel over drink to express oils, then rub around the inside of the rim and add to glass.

  5. Garnish with orange peel and serve
